• AOC Gigondas Tradition

    Grape varieties: 79% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 6% Mourvèdre.
    Harvest: The grapes are picked by hand and manually selected in the vineyard.
    Vinification: A lengthy maceration of 30 days on average.
    Ageing: Shiraz and Mourvèdre matured in large oak casks for 12 months.

    Colour: A pure purple with a lustrous sheen.
    Nose: Aromas of black fruit and jam with spicy notes of pepper, clove and licorice.
    Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated in the mouth, with soft tannins and a long, perfumed finish.

  • AOC Vacqueyras "Blanc du Bary"

    Grape varieties: 80% Clairette, 20% white Grenache.
    Harvest: The grapes are picked by hand and manually selected in the vineyard.
    Vinification: In new oak casks.

    Colour: A clear, bright straw-yellow, with hints of gold.
    Nose: Minerally, with aromas of white flowers and notes of freshly baked bread and grilled almonds.
    Palate: Rich and with good weight, with white fruit (peach and pear) flavours.

  • AOC Vacqueyras Rouge

    Grape varieties: 75% Grenache, 16% Mourvèdre, 9% Shiraz.
    Harvest: The grapes are picked by hand and manually selected in the vineyard.
    Vinification: A lengthy maceration of 30 days on average.
    Ageing: Shiraz and Mourvèdre matured in large oak casks for 12 months.

    Colour: A deep, pure and lustrous garnet red.
    Nose: Picy notes of pepper and clove, combining with aromas of red fruit and "garrigue" or wild herbs.
    Palate: Jam and cherry flavours, with fine tannins and a pleasant lingering finish.

  • AOC Côtes du Rhône Cuvée Esparza

    Grape varieties: 69% Grenache, 16% Shiraz, 15% Cinsault.
    Harvest: Grapes are picked by hand and manually selected in the vineyard.

    Colour: A deep and lustrous ruby red.
    Nose: Rich and fruity, with cherry, plum and blackcurrant aromas and notes of fresh red fruit.
    Palate: Round and full-bodied, with flavors of crushed red fruit. The tannins are fine and soft, with pleasant length on the finish.
